DECKS AND ADDITIONS

Upon consult, MDB will assess the property in order to expand and enhance the  living space of your home. The process begins after consultation and assessment of the property where we can discuss and identify goals and solidify a budget. For deck projects, MDB will help design the layout, choose and order materials.

For additions, MDB consults with our architect to design the new space, ensuring it complements the existing structure.

MDB will order permits and materials as well as overseeing the construction phase to ensure the work is done to the highest standards. Finally, MDB will schedule the final inspection to ensure the completed bathroom meets the city/town and your expectations!
